Which option best describes the type of membership you need?

Household

Two adults and any dependent children under the age of 26 living at the same address. Additional adults at the same address may be added to the membership for an additional $20 per adult. All adult members must provide proof of residency.

Single Parent Household

One parent and any dependent children under the age of 26 living at the same residence. Also, this may apply to a married family with only one parent using the membership.

Adult

Adult ages 30-64.

Two Adult Household

Two adults living in the same household. Member must provide proof of residency, i.e. a driver's license and a bill showing name and matching address.

Senior Household

Two adults, one of which is age 65+ living at the same address. Members must provide proof of residency, i.e. a driver's license and a bill showing name and matching address.

Senior

Age 65 and over.

Young Adult

Adult ages 18-29.

Youth

Ages 17 and under. Also, will include 18 year old still in high school.

Becoming a Member

Any person who supports the purpose may become a member of this corporation in accordance with such provisions as may be established by the board of directors, and shall so continue to be a member unless the Board or its authorized agent concludes, in its sole discretion, that a member has failed to live up to the standards and commitments of being a member of this YMCA.

The use of profanity, fighting, inappropriate behavior, and general disrespect to other members or staff is not tolerated in the facility and will result in ejection.  Repeated offenses may result in the loss of membership privileges.

​​​​There will be a 2% administrative fee assessed for monthly bank draft and credit card drafts.  Bank drafts and credit card plans are perpetual memberships and members must fill out a cancellation form in order to cancel the membership.  A 30 day written notice is required for bank draft or credit card membership cancellation.  Both Annual and Monthly bank draft payment membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Dumont Tri-County YMCA offers 3-month summer membership rates from June 1 – August 31. A regular membership may be purchased after the summer membership expires. The joining fee will be reduced by the amount paid for the summer membership joining fee.

Financial Assistance

If you or someone you know would like to be a part of our YMCA, but are currently experiencing financial constraints, then we would love for you to complete a Financial Assistance Application. All applications are kept strictly confidential. Please see our Membership Services Staff to apply.

 

 

National Membership  

Always welcome in every community!  Nationwide Membership enables you to visit any participating Y in the United States through membership at your "home" YMCA.  We offer this because we want to help you reach your health and wellness goals wherever you live, work and travel.

 

Corporate Membership

If your company is interested in providing it’s employees with another benefit, try our corporate membership plan! There is a one time enrollment fee and an annual renewal for the corporation. This allows your employees to become members easily and improves employee health and company morale. Please contact Jessica Hinkle at 304.757.0016.

 

Military Outreach Initiative

Military members who are Title 10 may be eligible for a free membership. Any Title 10 Independent Duty Personnel can simply request an IDP Authorization Letter from their Commanding Officer and fill out the necessary Y paperwork to receive a free 6 month family membership. In addition, the immediate family of a military member who will be Title 10 eligible while on a deployment of 6 months or longer is entitled to a free 6 month family membership. Guest Passes  

Guest passes allow members to bring a guest for an occasional visit and are not intended to permit frequent daily use. A member may only bring the same guest three (3) times per year. Guests will not be admitted unless accompanied by a member and age 14 or older. Guest passes are currently available only on weekdays before 4 pm.
