PEIA Pathways to Wellness Program is excited to announce the reactivation of the Fitness Club Network and Discount Program. Through this program, Tri-County YMCA can provide PEIA members with an incentive to begin and maintain an exercise program by waiving the joining fee (a saving of up to $75) and providing a 10% discount off of the membership to new PEIA members. PEIA Weight Management
It takes discipline, support and a willingness to change your lifestyle for good. Even a modest weight loss of 10% can improve your blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels. It can make activities of daily living easier like walking, tying your shoe laces, carrying groceries, playing with the kids, sleeping well at night and lessening joint pain.
To help you lose weight and improve your health, PEIA offers a weight management program at approved sites throughout West Virginia, one of which is the Tri-County YMCA.

Silver and Fit
The Silver & Fit program allows eligible Medicare members (65 + or on social security disability) to obtain a fitness facility membership for no cost at participating facilities. Members’ health plan coverage through Silver & Fit provides access to cardio equipment, resistance training equipment and any other standard classes and amenities. The Silver and Fit Program accepts various health plans. Bring your health insurance care to the Tri-County YMCA and complete an enrollment packet to get started.

Tivity Prime Fitness Program
The Tivity Prime Fitness Program is part of an overall health management solution for employer groups. It is designed for adults ages 18-64 with the goal of motivating the members to becoming more physically active. For more information please contact Tivity.

Active & Fit
This program, offered through American Specialty Health Fitness, is a comprehensive exercise & fitness program for eligible members ages 18-64. Members health plan coverage through Active & Fit provides them with full membership privileges at the Tri-County YMCA including access to the Wellness Center, Group Fitness classes and our Aquatics Center as well as member pricing on all activites. Renew Active
A fitness program to help you live your best life. Renew Active from United Healthcare is available with select Medicare plans. Designed around you and your goals, Renew Active offers access through membership to the Tri-County YMCA. Membership to the Tri-County YMCA includes Group Fitness classes, Wellness Center and the Aquatics Center. Renew Active members must pay for services other members would pay for separately.

Silver Sneakers
The SilverSneakers Fitness Program is the nation’s leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Each eligible health plan member is entitled to a free membership at participating fitness centers. The membership includes the SilverSneakers Class in addition to the use of other amenities (such as cardio and weight training equipment, swimming pools, aerobics classes, etc.). SilverSneakers members must pay for services that other members would pay for seperately. Bring your insurance card to the Tri-County YMCA to verify eligibility.
