The YMCA runs a full day Child Care program from 7am - 6pm on scheduled school closing days throughout the school year. The program takes place at the YMCA main facility or at Camp High-Tor and is available for students, K-8th Grade or who are enrolled in our Pre-K program. Field trips may be taken to local sites. Lunch and two snacks will be provided.
Members: $35/day Non-Members: $60/day
Snow Days at the YMCA
When Putnam County Schools close due to the weather before the start of the school day, the YMCA will offer Child Care at the YMCA main facility from 7:30am-6:00pm for students who have turned 5 by July 1, 2024-8th grade or enrolled in our Pre-K program. Parents can pay at the front desk at the time of drop off. Lunch and two snacks will be provided. If there is a state of emergency in effect, please contact the Dumont Tri-County YMCA at 304.757.0016.
