Pre-K Program at the Dumont Tri-County YMCA Child Care Center
The Dumont Tri-County YMCA is a full day child care center for children that are 4 years old by July 1, 2023.
We offer Creative Curriculum – a nationally accredited academic curriculum, health and physical education, arts and crafts, character education, two outdoor play areas, snacks, and a hot lunch, as well as a qualified and caring staff. Monday- Thursday (Free Program in collaboration with Putnam County Board of Education) as follows:
7:30am - 1:45pm
8:00am – 2:15pm
After Care
Monday - Thursday until 6:00pm
Members: $15/day Non-Members: $30/day
Friday Child Care
7:00am - 6:00pm
Members: $30/day Non-Members: $50/day
$40 registration fee due at enrollment. Bank draft occurs on the 1st and 15th of each month. Draft amounts will vary based on number of days facility is operating according to the Putnam County School calendar.
Pre-K Prep Class
(3 & 4-Year-Olds)
New to our center is a classroom for 3 and 4-year-olds that will be entering Pre-K the following school year. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for social/emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development. A morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack are provided for all children and follow USDA nutritional guidelines. Please provide the center with any special dietary instructions at time of enrollment. All students must provide a doctor’s note if there are any special dietary needs, and this note must be kept on file.
Please note that children must be potty trained.

Non-Members: $195
*No enrollment fee required*
There will be a 10% discount for siblings. Must be Dumont Tri-County YMCA members for discount to apply.
First week’s payment is due at time of registration. Weekly payments will be automatically deducted from a checking account or credit card each Monday.
