Home School PE

This Program is designed to provide home school students with quality physical education.  Students will participate in activities which emphasize the YMCA core values of caring, respect, honesty and responsibility. This is a structured program which allows youth to learn and develop skills while having fun.  This will include basketball, soccer, swimming, gym games, and exercise.

Spring Outdoor Soccer

This 7 week season gives children ages 4-13 the opportunity to develop and improve their skills.  This league will focus on both skill and character development.  Practices held weekly, with games each Saturday, both at the Y’s Camp High-Tor.  Lower divisions can expect to develop the skills necessary to be a skilled soccer player.  Upper divisions can expect healthy competition that will push them to improve their skills.

Indoor Soccer

This 7 week season will focus on the basic skills and rules of soccer. Children 4-13 will be given the opportunity to develop and improve their skills. Lower divisions can expect to learn what soccer is all about as well as begin to develop their skills, while upper divisions can expect healthy competition that will push them to improve their skills. Practices will be weekly. Games will be held on Friday evenings or Saturdays depending on age. All games will be held at the Tri-County YMCA Gymnasium.

Flag Football

This 7 week season will focus on the basic skills and rules of soccer. Children 4-13 will be given the opportunity to develop and improve their skills. Y-Winners Basketball

This 7 week season will focus on basic skills and game play of basketball.  Children ages 5-13 are given the opportunity to develop and improve their skills.  This league has been redesigned to teach the game of basketball while providing a competitive learning experience.  Our focus is on fair play, sportsmanship, and player development.  This is the best league for first time players as well as veteran players.  Practices held weekly with games each Saturday.

Tot Soccer

This soccer season for our smallest stars focuses on physical fitness and self- confidence while introducing them to a new sport.  This parent involved class builds foundations for their future in soccer and other sports.  One parent/guardian must be on the field with children under 36 months.  30 minute sessions held at the Y’s Main Facility.
