Fitness Assessments
Before your first orientation you may wish to schedule an appointment for a fitness assessment. Appointments last approximately 30 minutes. Assessment areas include weight, body composition, cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. Fitness Assessments are available by appointment only. It is recommended that participants have an assessment every 4 – 6 months to monitor progress. See Wellness Director for further details.

Biodynamic Body Composition Testing
This is one of the quickest methods of measuring lean body mass. The accuracy rate is within 1.5% of hydrostatic (underwater) testing. Please inquire with the Wellness Center Staff. Not recommended for pregnant women or people with pacemakers.
