Aqua Aerobics
The workout will be an hour long and emphasize flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular benefit. This lap pool workout has little to no impact on your joints.

Aqua Burn
Individuals will follow the lead of an instructor and use a floatation belt to experience the benefits of aerobic exercise without impact. You don’t need to be a great swimmer to participate, but you should be comfortable in deep water.

Private Swim Lessons
Private swim lessons are offered for all ages and all skill levels. Typically they are done 1-3 times a week until the program participant has met his/her goals. Lessons can be done on weekdays, weekends, mornings, or evenings depending on the participant and the instructor’s availability. The cost is for a 30 minute block of time for one person with an assigned instructor or an instructor of your choice. Scuba Diving
Learn what Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus means and learn the skills necessary to be a safe open water diver. Certification will take place with practice and perfection of skills in our pool as well as classroom work and study guides. Lifeguard Class
The YMCA of the USA will award the lifeguarding certification to those individuals who meet the requirements in the course. The course is 30 hours long, and includes certification for AED, oxygen administration., first aid, and CPR/PR.
The Tri-County YMCA Wild Waves Swim Team
The Tri-County YMCA Wild Waves Swimming Team is committed to pursuing excellence at all levels of swimming, from novice to national recognition. Our program emphasizes the most up-to-date swimming stroke biomechanics and optimal energy system training within a team concept. Success is measured by self-improvement and will naturally lead to success measured against others at the local, state, regional and national level, but individual improvement is our primary focus.
